How does Adopta Patitas work?

We support each listing, request, and follow-up with tools designed so caretakers and adopters can decide with information, privacy, and context.

Free for everyone

The platform is completely free for everyone: publishing, searching, submitting requests, and using the available tools costs nothing.

Ready for more countries

Some features are focused on Mexico, such as the veterinary directory, but the platform is ready to be used in other countries, mainly across the Americas and Europe.

Private encrypted data

Sensitive caretaker and adopter information stays private and encrypted; the other party only sees it when an authorized adoption process begins.

Context-rich evaluation

Potentially dangerous requests are discarded automatically. The rest generate a report with area scores, caution indicators, and guidance so caretakers can decide after interviewing the adopter.

Adoption contract

Caretakers can use the Adopta Patitas contract, personalized with profile data, or upload their own contract.

Dashboard and follow-up

The dashboard helps manage listings and requests, track adopted pets with context, and receive notifications and reminders.

Protector directory

Caretakers, rescuers, and organizations can activate a public profile to show donation, collaboration, and support details.

Verified veterinarians

The professional license indicated by veterinarians is checked with the SEP before publishing their record in the directory.

Complete pet profiles

Each pet can show medical history, compatibility with other pets or children, personality, story, special requirements, and precise care notes.
